How are you cheaper than an agency for the same work?
Because there's no agency. No office, no project managers, no sales team baked into the price — and a heavily systematized workflow that compresses the repetitive parts of a build. A site I deliver for $899–$2,500 is the same deliverable an agency quotes $5,000–$15,000 for; you're not paying for a better website, you're paying for their overhead. You get design judgment and working software, not meetings.
How long does a website take?
Starter sites go live in 1–2 weeks from when I have your content. Business sites take 2–3 weeks. Custom apps are scoped individually, usually 3–8 weeks.
Do I own everything?
Yes — code, domain, content, accounts. Host with me or take it anywhere. No lock-in is a feature, not a risk: it keeps me accountable.
What happens after launch?
Care plans ($15–$99/mo) cover hosting, backups, monitoring, and a monthly block of edits. Or hand it to anyone — the stack is standard Next.js that any developer can maintain.
Can you add AI to my existing website?
Usually yes. Chat assistants, automated quoting and intake, document processing, and image pipelines can bolt onto most modern sites. If your current site can't support it, I'll tell you that before you spend anything.
